I am a person with disability
The NDIS gives people with disability the support they need to live the life they want to live. It is an insurance scheme being rolled out nationally. The NDIS is not a welfare system, it is designed to provide those eligible the supports they need to improve their independency over time.
At your planning meeting, you would have decided who you want to assist with the next steps so you can start receiving your supports.
If Support Coordination is funded in your plan, a Support Coordinator will contact you shortly after you receive your NDIS plan (we provide this service! Click here for more info).
If you are not funded for Support Coordination, a Local Area Coordinator (LAC) can assist you in getting your plan started.
Eligibility depends on many different factors. Answer a few questions, see if you’re eligible and get more information on the NDIS website.
Connect Support Group can support you with a wide range of flexible, quality and individualized supports.
We offer Support Coordination, Assistance with Daily Living / Social and Community Access and Plan Management. Contact us today and we can get the ball rolling!
